Has exceptionally comfortable bed, hypo-allergenic pillows. It was located in an excellent area just next door to the bridge and the center, During the stay we used a handy kitchenette and cooked breakfast by ourselves...

We had a really really nice stay in Vila Nova de Gaia just next door to the Duoro River. Location was amazing and fantastic, at a moderate distance from a Gothic church. So close to everything we wanted and in a quiet street...
No. It met standards.

The host Francisco was incredibly helpful, recommending amazing restaurants and must-see tourist attractions. The studio was perfectly suited for the two of us, located right by the river with all its attractions. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a comfortable shower and a well-formed bathroom. Despite being surrounded by bustling bars and restaurants, the apartment was surprisingly peaceful and quiet, allowing us to sleep like babies. The view over the city was absolutely breathtaking, especially from the loft, and the interior design of the apartment was stylish and modern. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Douro River. You can easily explore the city center and there are plenty of grocery stores nearby for convenience. the view of Porto from the hotel is absolutely amazing, especially during sunset. the rooms are clean and well, presented, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. the service provided by the hosts is top, notch, they are friendly and helpful. the facilities in the hotel are great, including a well, designed space inside and a quiet atmosphere at night.
It would be great if there were more comfortable chairs and a better lighting arrangement in the rooms.

The apartment was just perfect for our family vacation. It had a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, which was great for preparing meals together. We loved that each unit had a private bathroom with a shower. It made getting ready in the morning so much easier. The apartment had a cozy sofa and seating area, where we could relax and spend quality time together. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a huge plus, especially when traveling with children. We appreciated the kitchenette in the apartment, which allowed us to prepare simple meals and snacks. The soundproofing in the apartment was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for everyone.
Personally, I didn't find the patio/balcony in some rooms very appealing. However, I understand that others might enjoy the outdoor space.

The room was perfect for me since it had a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, allowing me to cook my own meals and enjoy them in the comfort of the room. I enjoyed watching my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with satellite channels during my downtime. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and had free toiletries, making my stay even more convenient. The sofa and seating area in the apartment were cozy and provided a comfortable place to relax after a long day of exploring. Having a washing machine in the room was a huge plus, as it meant I could do my laundry without any hassle. The electric kettle in the apartment was handy for making hot beverages whenever I wanted. I loved that some rooms had a patio or balcony, as it offered a lovely outdoor space to enjoy the views and relax. The soundproofing in the apartment ensured a peaceful and quiet stay, allowing me to rest and recharge.
Personally, I found the kitchenette in some apartments to be a bit small for my liking. However, others may still find it sufficient for their needs.
